Staff Enterprise Integrations Analyst*
Description
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead / Architect to own the architecture and technical direction of enterprise data, integration, and automation platforms built around Snowflake, AWS, Salesforce, APIs, and modern cloud technologies. This is not a purely advisory architecture role. The ideal candidate is a strong technical builder who can translate business requirements into scalable architectures, establish engineering standards, make key technology decisions, and work directly with engineers to deliver production-grade solutions. You will provide technical leadership across data engineering, system integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, security, and enterprise applications. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Integration Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Security, and business stakeholders to build reliable platforms that connect enterprise systems and make trusted data available across the organization.
What You'll Do
Architecture & Technical Leadership
Own end-to-end solution architecture across Snowflake, AWS, Salesforce, APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications
Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans
Define architectural patterns, engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and technical guardrails
Lead architecture reviews and make key decisions around scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability
Provide hands-on technical guidance to Data Engineers, Integration Engineers, AI Engineers, and other engineering teams
Evaluate new technologies and determine where they should fit within the enterprise technology landscape
Identify and reduce technical debt while balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform strategy
Snowflake & Data Architecture
Design scalable Snowflake architectures supporting analytics, operational reporting, integrations, and AI use cases
Define data modeling, ingestion, transformation, serving, and data-sharing patterns
Establish standards for database, schema, table, warehouse, and role design
Design efficient ELT/ETL architectures for batch, near-real-time, and event-driven workloads
Drive Snowflake performance optimization, workload management, and cost governance
Define patterns for secure data access, RBAC, data masking, auditing, and governance
Guide the use of Snowpark, Cortex, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and other Snowflake capabilities where appropriate
AWS & Cloud Architecture
Design cloud-native architectures using AWS services
Define patterns for compute, storage, networking, messaging, event processing, secrets management, and observability
Architect event-driven and serverless solutions using services such as Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway, and related AWS technologies
Ensure architectures meet enterprise requirements for security, availability, disaster recovery, and scalability
Establish infrastructure-as-code and environment-management standards
Salesforce & Enterprise Integration
Architect integrations between Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, and other enterprise platforms
Define patterns for Salesforce API, Bulk API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven integrations
Design reliable synchronization strategies between operational systems and analytical platforms
Establish API-first and event-driven integration standards
Define canonical data models and integration contracts for shared enterprise entities
Ensure integrations include appropriate retry, reconciliation, monitoring, and failure-recovery mechanisms
API & Integration Architecture
Define standards for REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven integrations, and asynchronous processing
Establish reusable integration frameworks and common service patterns
Design API authentication, authorization, rate limiting, versioning, observability, and lifecycle management
Ensure integrations are loosely coupled, resilient, and independently scalable
Drive standardization of logging, tracing, alerting, and error-handling patterns
Security, Governance & Reliability
Embed security and governance requirements into architecture from the beginning
Design RBAC, secrets management, encryption, audit logging, and data protection patterns
Partner with Security and Compliance teams on enterprise controls
Define availability, reliability, backup, disaster recovery, and operational support standards
Establish architecture and engineering practices that support production observability and incident response
Engineering Excellence
Conduct design and code reviews for critical components
Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across teams
Define CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and release-management practices
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, decision records, and implementation standards
Drive proof-of-concepts when evaluating new technologies or architectural approaches
